Customised with distinctive artwork on the centre of the chest, this grey heather Carhartt x Relevant Parties Stones Throw Crewneck Sweatshirt is made from a heavyweight blend of cotton and polyester with a brushed finish and has arrived as part of a new Relevant Parties project. Designed for casual everyday wear and bringing attention to L.A based record label Stones Throw, the screen printed design shows a monochrome illustration of two birds knocked by one stone with bright orange collaborative lettering below. For comfort the curved neckline has a flexible ribbed trim whilst wider cut cuffs wrap around the edge of the body and long sleeves.

This season Carhartt WIP has unveiled the first capsule range of their new Relevant Parties project which celebrates some of the most influential independent record labels of the past 40 years. During an era of widespread music streaming and algorithm-led playlists, Carhartt has reminded us of the role labels still play in building and shaping an artist’s career through collaborative artwork and select colour tones across apparel. Accompanied by digital podcasts, editorials and a limited run of cassette mixtapes, the project is set to continue into the new year.
